Jacobus Cornelis Wijnandus Cossaar (nacido en Ámsterdam el 8 de agosto de 1874 y fallecido en La Haya el 25 de noviembre de 1966) fue un pintor holandés que trabajaba con el nombre de Ko Cossaar. Fue miembro del Pulchri Studio en La Haya. Sobre todo pintó interiores de iglesias y vistas de la ciudad. Pasó algún tiempo en París y Londres.
